An integrated healthcare delivery system, Family Memorial Hospital consists of its centerpiece, Family Memorial Hospital; multiple primary care and specialty care centers; two long-term care nursing facilities; six Corrections Health Services clinics; a network of mental health facilities; Holtz Children’s Hospital, Family Rehabilitation Hospital, Family Behavioral Health Hospital, Family North Medical Center and Family South Community Hospital.
